Founder & Art Direction
As a multi-disciplinary professional, Monica brings several years of work experience in administration and communication.
Monica studied advertising communication at the University of Mogi das Cruzes, Brazil and obtained the Communication Specialist diploma at Sawi School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
She founded Eyes On It – Visual Arts in 2016 which enables her to combine her strengths and creativity in order to produce the best visual content for your business.
Julia Kirchner
Direction & Operations
Innovation, quality and collaboration are part of Julia’s ambitions.
She obtained a BA in International Business from University of Texas at Arlington, worked in North America, South America and Europe and collaborated with individuals all over the world.

What are the policies and cancellation fees ?
For any kind of project an agreement has to be signed between both parts.
Small projects will have a cancellation fee of 15% when cancelled.
Large projects, such as website design, logo design, motion graphics, photography and videography, have a 30% cancellation fee after signature of the agreement.
What are the payment options ?
We ask for an upfront deposit that equals the amount of the cancellation fee. If you need a payment plan, please ask and we’ll work out a custom plan that suits your needs.
